Tip of the week
A poor posture can be improved simply by being aware of it. Place a sticker or a post-it note in your home or office in a place that you’ll see often. Use it as a reminder to pull your shoulders down, bring your head back so it lines up with your neck and shoulders, and to straighten your back. A poor slouching habit can be replaced with good posture in no time!
