Getting involved and giving back to the community is very important for us. That is why a number of our staff are implicated and volunteers in many sports teams through out the greater Moncton Area.

Originally from Avignon, France, Maxence joined the Sparx Team in 2020. Maxence has several years of experience in treating, various conditions such as back and neck pain, sciatic nerve, carpal tunnel, digestive trouble, sleep disorder, and chronic pain management and also has a particular interest in patients experiencing jaw (TMJ) pain. He has widespread knowledge of sports-related injuries, specifically injuries related to running. In addition to his interests, while treating in France, he also developed additional clinical skills in treating ailments with newborns and up to the age of three years old.
Originally from Moncton, Tiffany joined the Sparx Team in 2024. With a background in Real Estate and Administration, Tiffany enjoys being around people. In addition, she is very interested in motorcycles. She enjoys day trip with her husband on their motorcycles. A mother of 2 she also enjoys spending time with her family and her 2 dogs.
Melanie Bolduc obtained her diploma at Eastern College in 2018, she is trained in Rapid NeuroFascial Reset (Upper Body), Swedish massage, Deep tissue, Trisser point therapy, MyoFascial intergration, Cranial sacral and Cupping. She is also an Injury prevention specialist and Mental Health First Aider.
Her career & passion is to help people maintain a healthy, pain free life.
Originally from Grand-Falls, NB, Amelie joined the Sparx Team in 2024. Amelie is a recent graduate from Université de Moncton with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She enjoys helping others in any way she can, that is what drove her towards a career in healthcare. You can see her at the reception and in the gym as she participates in multiple roles at the clinic. In addition, Amelie loves spending time with family and friends, being active and spending time in nature.
Ariela is originally from Toronto. She is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a strong foundation in healthcare, having worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) before transitioning into massage therapy. She graduated from Eastern College in 2024, bringing with her a deep understanding of the human body and a passion for helping people feel their best.
Specializing in a range of techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, Ariela carefully assesses each client to create customized treatment plans that address their individual needs. When she’s not working, she enjoys staying active through hiking and other outdoor activities. A lifelong learner and avid reader, she is dedicated to furthering her education to continue offering the highest level of care to her clients.
Julie is from Dieppe and has been a part of the Sparx Team since 2013, initially as a receptionist and physio aid, and as a physiotherapist since 2018. She completed her bachelor’s in kinesiology at L’Université de Moncton and obtained her master’s in physiotherapy from Dalhousie University in 2018. She grew up playing soccer and ringette and saw many physiotherapists during her time as an athlete which is what made her interested in pursuing a career in the field. Julie’s areas of interest are musculoskeletal injuries, concussion management, and vestibular dysfunction/vertigo. She enjoys addressing the root cause of people’s symptoms and guiding them toward recovery so they can get back to their regular daily activities. Outside of work, Julie likes to stay active and makes sure to take time to be with her family, friends, and her dog, Rick!
Jeremy grew up in Dieppe and has always had a passion for sports. In fact, sharing his passion for physical activity is what motivated him to become a Physiotherapist. Jeremy holds a bachelor of kinesiology from l’Université de Moncton and a master’s degree in physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. He started working alongside the Sparx team in 2016 as part of the young trainer’s program that was offered at Sparx. He officially joined us as a physiotherapist in 2022. He also spends his time volunteering with local high schools teams and he is currently the lead therapist for the Mathieu-Martin high school hockey team.
Ian joined the Sparx team in October 2011, has a BSc Honours (Osteopathic Medicine) and has extensive experience in sports care. He is registered with the Association of Osteopaths of New Brunswick and is an active member of the AONB board. Ian has spent time with professional and semi-professional sports players in a variety of sports in a wide age group. He has vast experience in treating sports injuries, creating recovery programs, as well as helping in conditioning & preparing sports professionals for optimal performance. Ian has over 12 years of experience treating various conditions including headaches, scoliosis, neck pain, shoulder tension, mid and low back pain, knee pain, sciatica and visceral problems.
Samuel obtained his diploma at the Collège Atlantique de Massage Thérapeutique (C.A.M.T) in Dieppe. He is trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Manuel Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Treatment, Pregnancy Massage and Sport Massage.
He says he has always had keen interest in the functioning of the musculoskeletal of the body, and that it is always a pleasure to help the public to feel better and to improve their health. He is also bilingual, therefore communicating and treating clients in both English and French is not a problem! He is always looking to learn new techniques and attain knowledge about the human body to help maintain and improve not only his health, but also the health of his clients.
In addition, he is very interested in sports. More precisely, Hockey, Volleyball and Golf. With his background in sports, he decided to further his studies and begin specializing in said area. His current objective is to receive the “Sport Massage Therapist” title. For this, he needs 500 volunteer hours with various sports teams and discipline. His path is off to a good start as he is currently a volunteer massage therapist for the swim team at Mount Allison University (MTA). He encourages all athletes of all sports to consult him to improve their well-being and their performance.
Ryan is from Dieppe and completed his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at Université de Moncton. His passion for movement and his time as an athlete are what drove him towards this career path. Ryan joined the Sparx team after graduating in 2023 and oversees the Sparx Active Rehab Program.
Originally from Valcartier, Que but grew up in Dieppe. Eric joined the Sparx Team in 2024. For Eric, it’s always been about putting the customer first. Combining that kind of passion with his vast business experience and his expertise in Digital Marketing, Project Management, People Management, Business Development and Business Operation. Previously president and executive director of award-winning web design house MindSweep Inc.
In addition, Eric enjoys watching sports, spend time on his boat and relaxing at his trailer with his family.
Originally from Riverview. Jill joined the Sparx Team in 2024. With a background of Business Administration from Eastern College. Jill thrives when it comes in taking care of our clients.Jill is very passionate about keeping healthy and avid when it comes to Yoga and rowing. She enjoys spending time with her family, her 3 dogs, cooking and doing day trips.
Originally from Brazil, Maria; who recently graduated, is taking an interest in pediatric nursing and recently joined the team in 2024. Growing up, she was a sporty kid, with gymnastics and fencing being her favourites to play. She also loves chocolate and going to the beach for sunsets.
Born in Quebec but grew up in Moncton. Roxy joined the Sparx Team in 2024. Roxy is studying Graphic Design at NBCC -Moncton. She enjoys traveling the world and photography. In addition, she is very interested in sports. More precisely Hockey has she played for 10 years.
Originally from Saint-Leonard, NB, Dominic joined the Sparx Team in 2010 after having been an established physiotherapist in Alberta for nearly ten years. He studied Pre-Med at l’Université de Moncton before obtaining his bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Dominic certainly likes to keep himself busy, spending his free time as a personal trainer, hockey referee and making time for hobbies like cycling and snowshoeing. He says the best part of his day is not only helping his clients but being able to do so while socializing with different people every day.
Myriam, originally from Rogersville, NB studied in Quebec City where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from l’Université de Laval in 2004. She started her career in Gatineau where she worked for 9 years and joined the Sparx Team in 2014. Myriam has a particular interest in manual therapy, and always takes the time to understand what her clients are going through. She loves to be able to help people with their well-being. In her spare time, Myriam is very involved with ringette, and softball and loves spending time with her family and her adorable dog, Kiko.
Léon is originally from Moncton, New Brunswick. He holds two Bachelor’s degrees; one in Kinesiology from l`Université de Moncton (NB) and the other in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University (NS). Currently, he is completing his Doctorate in the Science of Physiotherapy from Andrews University in Michigan (US) with a focus on treating spinal injuries, concussions and headaches. His interest is in exercise physiology, biomechanics, concussions as well as working with all his clients on creating wellness programs to help people live a long, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Leon is very passionate and dedicated to helping organize activities that focus on promoting health and wellness throughout the community. His mission is to work with other health professionals in order to increase physical activity within the school system as well as the workplace to bring all populations, young and old, towards a healthier lifestyle. His favourite way to stay healthy is to spend time enjoying outdoor, the gym and spending time volunteering as a high school basketball coach with Mathieu Martin.
